 May 28th at 7 pm, the League of Women Voters and the Mancos Library present a webinar with a short documentary film about how the Electoral College was formed followed by a discussion with Senator Foote on the positive aspects of one person, one vote.  There will be time for Q and A.  The webinar is free and open to the public.
