Sometimes we may not have a book or DVD that you are looking for. We can search for these items at different libraries around the state. When these items are delivered to us, we will notify you when the item is available to pick up.
The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on the popularity/scarcity of the item.
