Morning (2 hour) Walk-About 10am – 12pm at Willowtail
Evening Lecture at Mancos Library 5pm

Join Tammi Hartung for an enjoyable and informative walk on the grounds of Willowtail Springs. Tammi will be sharing how to use many of the plants that grow in the Willowtail wild spaces and gardens. FYI: Please dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, bring sun protection and water to drink. Also, paper, pen and a camera.

About the instructor

Tammi Hartung is an enthnobotanical herbalist and an organic farmer of more than 38 years. She and her husband, Chris, own Desert Canyon Farm in Canon City, CO where they grow more than 800 varieties of certified organic plants. Tammi speaks internationally and is the author of four books; Homegrown Herbs, The Wildlife-Friendly Vegetable Gardener, Growing 101 Herbs That Heal and her newest book, Cattail Moonshine & Medicine.
